Vikash started the foundation in a single rented room with a blackboard he carried from home. He sets the long-term direction of the organisation and keeps the team honest about why we started.

Babli co-founded the foundation and leads our work with families — the parents, grandparents and elder siblings who decide whether a child stays in school. She is the reason our centres have continuity.

Kundan runs day-to-day operations across every centre — curriculum, attendance, infrastructure and hiring. If something is on schedule, it is because he made it so.

Himanshu coordinates our volunteer network and the day-to-day at our flagship centre. He onboards every new teacher, builds the rosters and is usually the last person to leave on a Sunday.
Our team is small on purpose. The real work happens through volunteers — teaching weekend classes, mentoring scholarship students, or simply sharing a skill you already have.
