Our learners are children who have never sat in a classroom, children who dropped out to work, and children who reached a grade the system says they passed without ever learning to read it.
So we teach from scratch. Four age-based stages in English, Hindi and Mathematics — a child starts exactly where they are, not where a register says they should be.
Alongside that, from the very first day: spoken English and hands-on computer training. Not as an add-on at the end, but as the thing that turns a certificate into a salary.

Stage 1–4
Foundations
Four age-based stages in English, Hindi and Mathematics. A child begins exactly where they are — letters and counting, or paragraphs and algebra.
From day one
Skills alongside
Spoken English with a dedicated coach, and a computer lab that runs from typing and Paint through to Word, Excel and real internet use.
Class 9–12
NIOS board degree
Direct enrolment into the National Institute of Open Schooling — a legally recognised board qualification, at a cost families can actually meet.

Offices, BPOs and digital call centres. Not charity, not a stipend — a wage, a desk, and the social standing that comes with both.
Money should neverbe the reason.
Merit, girl-child, need-based and digital-learning scholarships cover what families cannot — tuition, books, exam fees, and a seat in the computer lab.
